Exchange Policy

We only allow exchanges in the rare event of a damaged product under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange:

• Only damaged products are eligible.
• Customer must provide an unboxing video showing the product damage clearly.
• The exchange request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

How to Request an Exchange:

1. First go to My account center
2. After you see the bottom Exchange Request Click that.
